• $70 — Now through December 31, 2025
• $75 — From January 1 to March 15, 2026

📌 Refund Policy:

• Only one yearbook per student is allowed.
• If two yearbooks are ordered, no refunds will be issued.
• All yearbook sales are final — refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Unclaimed Yearbooks 2022-2025 

Students who purchased yearbooks from the 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 school years and have not yet picked them up may still do so. To claim your yearbook, you must present a valid student ID at the time of pickup. Please note that refunds are not issued for unclaimed yearbooks, and we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

2025-2026 Underclassmen Picture Day 

Underclassmen will take their school pictures on October 8, 2025, during their ELA or ESOL class in the Old Gym. All students must be in the dress code to have their photo taken.
No photo = No student ID card

Seniors may also come to have their photo taken for their student ID card only. Senior photos taken on this day will not be available for purchase.

Make-up Picture Day is scheduled for November 5, 2025, in the New Gym Lobby for students who missed the original date.

Class of 2026 Senior Picture Information 

Congratulations! The finish line is just in sight, and now is the time to schedule your senior portraits. You want to commemorate this special time of life with your senior portraits. Cady Studios is Berkmar’s official school photographer. Please note, we do not accept senior portraits from other photography companies.

Scheduling Senior Portraits

To schedule your appointment and to address any questions, please visit the Cady Studios website.  Please note, only Cady Studios may schedule your Senior Portrait appointment. Berkmar’s Our Varsity yearbook staff does not schedule Senior Portrait appointments. You must pay your sitting fee at the time you schedule your appointment. Please note that the sitting fee, regardless of the session you select, does not include the cost of the photos.

You may schedule at any Cady Studios for the date, time, and location that works best for you. You may schedule your photos to be taken at Berkmar High School. Note that Cady will be here only one day, and the scene choices are limited. You must still schedule your appointment with Cady Studios.

Dress Code

While senior portrait sessions differ from underclassman picture day, all images selected to print in the Varsity yearbook must, within reason, meet the school dress code. The Varsity Representative and the yearbook adviser, along with Berkmar High School administration, reserve the right to deny the printing of any images submitted that fail to meet the school’s dress code.

Deadline to be Photographed

To be featured in the 2025–2026 edition of the Our Varsity yearbook, seniors must be photographed by Cady Studios on or before February 2, 2026.

Only formal portraits will be accepted for publication.
Casual portraits will not be included in the yearbook.

There are no deadline extensions or exceptions, so please schedule your session early to ensure your photo is submitted on time.

Refunds

Once you purchase a book, it is ordered for you. We are not able to change our school order and, therefore, are not able to offer refunds. No exceptions.

Please ensure you do not make a double/duplicate purchase, as you are still responsible for paying for the book(s) you ordered, and again, we are not able to offer a refund. If you accidentally order a duplicate, you may donate it to a child in need or sell your duplicate book to a student who did not order a book. We will do our best to assist you.
