Athletic Trainers
Emory Sports Medicine provides certified athletic trainers to Berkmar High School. These ATCs work under the direction of Emory Sports Medicine affiliated physicians to provide traditional sports medicine services to our athletes.
If your student has an injury on or off the field, your athletic trainer is here to help prevent, manage and assess orthopedic or musculoskeletal injuries to facilitate access to medical care.
Ms. Tovan Elmore, M.Ed, ATC, LAT, ITAT
Tovan has served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Berkmar High School since the Fall of 2009. She joined the Sports Medicine Team at Emory Healthcare in the Spring of 2014.
Ryan joined the Sports Medicine Team at Emory Healthcare following his graduation from Illinois State University in May 2014. He has served as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Berkmar High School since joining Emory.
