National Standardized Testing
PSAT/NMSQT
The PSAT/NMSQT is a standardized assessment that provides practice for the SAT. It also provides students a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation scholarship programs and gain access to college and career planning tools. All students in 10th grade will participate in this assessment. If any 9th grader would like to take the assessment, go to My Payments Plus to sign up and pay $18.
PSAT Test Date: October 22, 2025

GCPS will pay for 11th graders to take the PSAT on October 22. You as a student our family member can choose to participate.

PSAT Registration for Home School Students
Schools will not register or test Home School students; they will be tested at limited testing location(s) by District staff.

Score Info
PSAT/NMSQT scores are scheduled to be released to students on November 6 via the College Board Student Score Report Portal.

SAT School Day, lets students take the SAT at our school on a weekday.
