Curriculum (Rising 9th Grade)

9th Graders (Freshman) at Berkmar High School have a total of SEVEN academic courses and ONE Advisement course. Below are videos that represent a College Prep Student Schedule. Advanced option information is listed under Electives.

9th Graders will be given a hard copy of the Choice Book. The Choice Book is a high school planning guide for students in Gwinnett County Public Schools. You can find it here as well (the website needs to be update with the current book but you can view prior years right now).

9th Grade core courses will be chosen for each student by their 8th grade teachers, but students get to choose their elective courses. Make sure to view the videos to know what you are interested in and then come back here and fill out the ELECTIVES CHOICE FORM (link coming soon).
